My order is marked as delivered but I can't find it
The courier may have left your package in your mailbox, front desk, mail room, or with a neighbor. Please check these locations first. If still not found, contact the EU team.
My package was returned to sender
This usually happens due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Contact the EU team with your correct shipping address and we will arrange a replacement.
