What smartphones are compatible with the TP320A? Does it work with iOS/iPhones?
The TP320A is designed exclusively for Android devices and does not support Apple iPhones. For seamless plug-and-play operation, your smartphone must run Android 12 or above and have the OTG (On-The-Go) function enabled in the settings.
Can I use PC software to analyze images?
Yes. The TP320A supports Analyz IR Professional Thermal Imaging Analysis Software for in-depth post-inspection analysis and report generation.
Does the TP320A have its own battery? Does it drain my phone?
The TP320A does not have its own battery. It is powered by the phone via USB Type-C with a typical power consumption of only 0.5W, so the impact on your phone's battery is minimal.
No charging or boot-up time is needed — simply plug it in and start using it.
